Eyeland is the homey. This adventure strip follows the titular character “Eyeland” as they step into a world outside of anything they have ever experienced before. Equal parts humor, fantasy-adventure, and philosophical, Eyeland wrestles with the big questions of life while tackling everything this world can throw at them.
Nick has self-published 18 individual “floppy” comics and two 100-page “trade paperbacks” of the Eyeland story.

If someone asked you to design a food source that was sustainable and carried within it its own means of self-replicating, what would you make? It was 2015, I had this revelation on the street in Chinatown, and I had just bit into lychee. I was staring at this thing, it was the strangest fruit I had ever seen. I knew what it was of course, but something about the way it looked, so alien, like I would have seen it on Jabba the Hut’s pleasure skiff. I wanted to draw fruit and vegetables to honor them, these strange, wonderful design miracles.
